Shii Take was the Abott of Enoki Village. He is infamously known within The Order of Kiwano as The God Shamer due to his lies and manipulation of the public using Kiwano's words.

Not much is known about Shii Take due to much of the history of Enoki Village being destroyed during The Great Mush Massacre. The people that did know him don't talk about him due to his wrongdoings.
