Veggies are vegetable themed people on The Continent of Frutuscore. They mostly reside within Lukemire and it is believed they were some of the first farmers of The Continent of Frutuscore along with Lactoese.

After the events of Kiwano's Pearl, Lukemire became the most fertile land on the continent. The Frutians that settled there realized this and used the land to their advantage, growing their own food and thriving on the land. Over time, it is believed they evolved to become Veggiies and Lactoese.
