The Great Warriors

Also known as Orkhamans or Half-elves*.
Orcs are one of this worlds greatest mysteries. Most only know them as the result of human, elven(or goblin) breeding. Tho it is true that most orcs today living has at least a close ancestors that was human and of elder blood, not all orcs do.
Tho few people today remember this but the race predates the great clash between elves and humans. Long before the Exodus the civilization of Orkham all ready existed. How this small nation of orc clans came to be is lost to history and the myths differ.
Older human myths say that a tribe of fair looking demons came from a cross the sea and toke many a human wife. The elves speak of a cursed tribe of elves that where exiled by one of their god-kings, whom in their exile transformed to monsters. And the orckhamans say that their god rebelled against a unjust god and was forced in to exile. Other myths include the first orcs falling from the sky or being born when godless men murdered and burned a son of a god.
Regardless of how they came into being there is no doubt in their abilities as warriors. Orcs own a ferocity never seen in any other mortal race. They are also the second strongest of the worlds peoples. For this reason most orcs as part of human or elven cultures, tho a handful of orc based cultures have sprouted during the last century's.
*A term used by the True Elves for orcs.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Orcs are tall and broad in their build. Their bodies more often then not covered in muscles.
Orcs have the skin tone of there human parent. If they don't have one there skin are different shades of gray green.
There eye's they inherit from there elder blood parent. If they don't have one there eyes are red, violet, golden or black.
Orc hair is lackluster all tho it's color is inherited from their elder blood parent (tho if said parent is a goblin the orc child becomes bald). If said orc has no elder blood parent there hair take on a shade of blue, black or ghostly blond.

Genetics and Reproduction

Orc women can have children three times a year from their early youth until there later adulthood. Orcs can have children whit any of there parent races as well as there own kind.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Orcs are omnivores, but they have strong cravings for meat and blood.

Biological Cycle

A orc below the age of 13 is seen as a child. After this said orc is seen as a young orc until they turn 30. Orc adulthood is a long time as they are only seen as old after the age of 90. The oldest orc known became 134 years before she died if old age.

Pure Blood Orcs

This term apply to orcs whit no human parent. A "pure" blood orc only has elder blood in its veins. For example a orc/goblin union results in a pure blood orc. The same is true of elven/orc unions and of coarse orc/orc breeding.
There are a few subtle differences between "normal" and "pure blood" orcs. The most notable being their skin color. Pure blood orcs have skin in some shade of gray green. This type of orcs also seam to have more bestial features then orcs whit a human parent.
