Ron Morphin
A high-ranking Monarch Solutions chronon scientist with a particular emphasis on quantum ripples and temporal causality, Morphin is energetic and go-getting. He has a borderline overactive imagination, and he can't help but give credence to the fantastic. But behind his goofball exterior is the mind of a master physicist only a few steps down from Will Joyce and Elton Meyer, and he will strive to understand the exact 'why' behind any problem.
The recent power changes in Monarch's hierarchy have left Morphin antsy and bracing for the absolute worst in case Monarch's original ideals have been truly abandoned. He uses what little power he has to do what he can, but he knows deep down that it won't be enough when the time comes. The fact that that time is almost here terrifies him.

History
Morphin and Ranger met while working at Monarch, and they've been running the Quantum Ripple Causality Sub-division together for the last several years. They are extremely close, and they lean on each other to get through difficult times.
