Conteign
Conteign is a city in the Kingdom of Old Rudora. It is considered to be Aman-Touched as it was visited by Aman'Origan, Weaver of Fates in the year 859. It is one of the oldest cities among the realms of man, the city itself was formed on top of the ruins of an Orc Hold from before the exodus. As such, the City's Keep is still in the architectural stylings of the old orcish settlments like those of Thogboldan.
