The Sea of Ganpung

Its name roughly translates to “The Sea of Northern Winds”, The Sea of Ganpung is a large inland sea in the far north-west of Kashura, marking the final reaches of The Yamato Region. It is a saltwater sea, and even though it is fully enclosed for most of the year, the yearly floods of The Glacial Plains create a time period of a few weeks per year in which the tides grow unpredictable as The Sea of Ganpung becomes directly connected to the open ocean.
