This was once an independent nation, but it is now one of the United Principalities. The Gothar of Xotan Telki and Prince Darbaen Kragforge rules over his mainly Dwarfkin subjects. As a Gothar Darbaen is also the Cardinal of the United Principalities Clergy. Kragforge has always been the odd one out in the Principalities and frequently holds the deciding vote at the election of Kings. Generally, dwarves tend to call him by the title of Gothi, the clergy as cardinal and the nobles call him prince, in truth he is all three. As the Mountain Realm of Xotan Telki, the area is also defined by their strict religion and ruling priesthood, the nation has a focus on the pursuit of good and fair governance through peace and good infrastructure, the dwarves here are some of the best masons and are often called on to make buildings all over the United Principalities.
