Duchy of Westmarsh
This duchy technically consists of the entire rivered portion of the Restless Swamp. Practically speaking, however, the primary source of political intrigue in the duchy is over the highly valued County of Arnbourne. The rest of the swamp is generally considered to overrun with monsters and natural hazards to be worth settling.
