Prince Hegaf is one of the earliest known low-born elves to wed an elf of royalty, Hegaf would marry the Queen and father Queen Yeffeg, the future monarch and consort of Evening Star.

Position at Court

Initially, Prince Hegaf was a court physician that had migrated to the court of Queen Geyfeb from the far West of the continent. When King Gaffa Guda suffered a fatal fall from his horse, Queen Geyfeb went into early labour with her son - the future King Hibig Guda - when the news reached her.
Prince Hegaf was able to save the Queens life and the future king's; this would lead to great appreciation from the Queen, and eventually lead to love and marriage.
