The 'King of the City-Kingdom of Liv Grama' is the royal title held by the ruler of the City of Liv Grama. A Dwarven title of nobility, it is also accompanied with the designation of 'Duke of Liv Grama'.

Appointment
The rank of King of Liv Grama is proclaimed by virtue of passing the title to the next person in the dynasties hereditary line. Coronations are not required due to proclamation, however, if a coronation is undertaken, it must be officiated by the High King of Kekta Bandu.
Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the King of Liv Grama to oversee the running and protection of the City-Kingdom of Liv Grama.
Benefits
The King of Liv Grama is entitled to decide the structure of all laws, so long as they do not contradict/undermine the greater laws set out by the High King of Kekta Bandu.
Accoutrements & Equipment
The King of Liv Grama upon his coronation holds a ceremonial sword in their right-hand, and a scroll in their left-hand. The sword symbolises the King's role as 'Protector' of the Subjects of Liv Grama, while the scroll represents the King's responsibilities to affairs of governance. Additionally, the King is entitled to wear the gem-stone encrusted obsidian-framed diadem that the first king, King Das Grama forged with the magic of his dragon and the skills of his craftsmen.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
The only legal removal of the King from his post is by proclamation of the High King of Kekta Bandu, the titles traditional superior
History
Duke Das Grama Tames a dragon in the far reaches of Finggu Ransu fi Pakne and proclaims himself a king; he is crowned by the High King of the Kingdom of Kekta.
Cultural Significance
The creation of the title allowed for the access to greater independence for the City of Liv Grama; by creating the title, it elevated the City of Liv Grama from 'City Status' to that of a 'Kingdom', allowing King Das Grama to more personally control the affairs of his region.
