The Council of Five

The Council of Five were five Elemental Supreme Beings created by 'The One' and entrusted with the governance of a specific Plain of Existence in his universe prior to creation.
To govern these plains, The One endowed each Councillor with a Diadem of Power; this Diadem gave the wearer immense cosmic magical abilities.
