Vela and Mary's Scrolls - Scribe

You make your way down Valia Road, and enter a shabby limestone general store with a white shingled roof and see that inside, the spacious building is rather messy. Several bins seemed to be cluttered with ripped and broken baskets. You notice a goat seems to be keeping guard outside the shop. The store's shopkeep is currently seated at a desk studying a rolled piece of parchment.

The shopkeep nods at you as soon as you come through the door. They introduces themself as Vela, the proud owner of this scribe shop, and lets you know that all hatchets are 20% off. Vela seems rather unhappy to be here.
