Hannah I "the Expander" Yakim was a Vizier of Cint from 962 - 1004. During her reign she waged the Wars of Lost Enchantment, the series of expantion wars that, which being victorious, led to the Yakim Family losing their collection of enchanted items, all except Spiritviper.
