Spirit Viper

Spirit Viper is the name of an enchanted spear made of twisted bands of Cloyven Steel and < Black Iron > Steel.

Magical Properties

It has the ability to sever the use of any limb or organ it touches, by destroying the life force of the body part and severing it from the brain.

History

It was created in 893 by Jikx the Murderer when he imbued a healthy, living person, a theif, a Topaz Maji from the school, into the weapon in the Sanctum dungeons (something he did multiple times creating eight different weapons and objects). Jikx was later tried and executed by the Order of Maji for his actions.
The spear was later stolen (along with 6 others) by Lin the Sanctum Thief from Sanctum in 900 during a heist known as the Shadow in Sanctum's Night, and later showed up in the hands of < Cintan Vizier I Yakim > and became the Weapon of Station for the Yakim Family and later the Grand Vizier of the Kingdom of Cinder. After the break in at Sanctum the Order of Maji overhauled their seurity measures (sell swords at the time), installed the < Vault >, and established the < Sanctum Guard > remaining two weapons were locked away with all the other magical items.

Significance

Weapon of Station for the Yakim Family and later the Grand Vizier of the kingdom of Cinder.
