Personal history
Born the son of Pen the Architect in 927, Hilt became the second ever Sivien Jarl when his father died in 944. He was a devot follower of Jarism and spent most of his life growing the religion in Siv. In 962, when he was 35, he fell from a spooked horse, he fell sideways off the horse and when the rearing beast came down his head was crushed under the hooves.
Reign
During his reign as a Sivien Jarl Hilt, always a devoted jarist, constructed Halraven in 946 and ruled peacefully until his death in 962.
