Founded Siv in 904, and built Greystone Keep in 908 around the site of the Black Slate Seat.

Personal history
In 904 Pen founded the city of Siv. A year or so after building the first buildings Pen was out on the island in the center of the Northrun river and came upon a white raven. He followed the raven back to it's nest and found the Black Slate Seat, and the site around which he would build Greystone Keep to be finished in 908.
