Vilk Naifesh

Vilk Naifesh was Hand of the Vizier under his brother Vizier Filivad Naifesh of Near Mount. He staked a claim to the Vizier title after his brother's death. He lost the claim and retaliated by attacking his brother Balik Naifesh's convoy, killing him and starting the War of Flying Horses during which he lost one of his arms. At the end of the war he was sentenced to a Broken Life by Grand Vizier Lebon I Yakim and cut with Spirit Viper, taking the use of his legs.
