Great Desert
Demography and Population
The Snow Leopard tribe is the only group of sentient creatures who live in the Great Desert. They are relatively large for a single tabaxi tribe, but the desert does not support truly large numbers.
Foreign Relations
The tribe is the trading go-between for the Elven Kingdom and the rest of the continent. They handle all trade going in and out of the kingdom and are the only other race allowed within it borders. They also have a high standing with the Holy Plains and Mortal Kingdom because they provide coveted elven goods.
Agriculture & Industry
The desert does not support much in the way of agriculture so the tribe gets most of its food from the kingdoms it trades with.
Education
The tribe bothers little with any formal education, though children are taught to read and grow up with a shrewd understanding of trade and economics.
Infrastructure
The is no formal infrastructure in the desert and the tribe prefers it that way. It means that the tribe is the only ones able to traverse the desert and maintains their place in the world.
