Emperor Gaius Rodorian II

Emperor Gaius Rodorian II was an Emperor of the Falaran Empire during the First Age. He was considered an inactive ruler who avoided conflict within the Empire. Under his command the already empowered nobility solidified their position continuing the gradual decline in power that the Grand Vizier had witnessed over the prior century. 
His death at the age of 64 during the Blood Moon Massacre] was a surprise to many and led to a major reform of many of his policies and actions.
