Evocation

Evocation was a school of magic devoted to the creation of powerful elemental effects often used for aggressive combat and the destruction of things. Evokers can create freezing blizzards and cascading flames making them valuable assets on a field of battle where they are able to drastically alter the conditions of the field. Most mages learn some evocation Magic to protect themselves from threats but true masters are considered fearsome adversaries whose arrival could mean great danger to their foes. 
The Istrian College of Magic specialized in evocation magic and often used the neighboring Orcish Bardan Tribes as test subjects for the spells.
