Ismark the Greater
Patriarch of the House of Kolyana Ismark the Greater is an experienced soldier and capable strategist with little mind for administration of domestic management. Under his leadership the Village of Barovia has begun to end its endless decline into a stagnation. The Village Guard under his leadership are now an effective force at repelling the creatures beyond though the domestic matters of food, water and resource management remain a daily threat.
Ismark believes that his village may yet emerge as a great place of trade with the outside world if only they can manage to construct walls to keep its people safe. Yet with the attempts increasingly unsuccessful and morale low he awaits a moment to mobilisie the town behind his vision. He has begun stockpiling wood and stone for this aim though only enough for one more attempt.
His son Ismark the Lesser sits in the shadow of his father though Ismark the Greater has done what he can to eleviate this even transfering control of the Guard to his son so that he may rise to the task.
