History

Legends of the Eladrin tell that their first Sedar was a noble soul that patronised the Faey and had his children raised in the forest. The truth is far from this however. Sedar, a young wood elf thief, dared to steal this gauntlet from the armour of the Elder Faey Cenarius. Sneaking through he succeeded but full of youthful pride later announced smugly in a tavern of his achievement showing the gauntlet of flagrantly. As punishment Cenarius sent Faey to watch Sedar kidnapping anyone he ever loved and enslaving them in his wood. It was the children of these slaves that would become the Eladrin though what became of Sedar remains unknown. Some say Cenarius appeared before him and cursed him with youthful beauty to forever give him cause to gain new slaves, others that he was killed in his sleep.   Whatever the truth his gauntlet is an object of great power, cultural significance and arcane fascination.
