The Great Uprisings

The Great Uprisings were a series of slave revolts during the Draconic Imperium. Enabled by the Illithid Elder Minds final act of resistance against the encroaching Dragons the uprisings came as new sentience defied a willigness for servitude under the mers beastial masters.
The Great Uprising defined several revolts whose failures would lead to the creation of the first Yuan-Ti, the removal of the Kenkus wings, ages of hatred towards Elves and numerous other acts. The most famous of all rebels however was Tatham who despite being portrayed often as a tall Human like figure was in fact a Gnomish leader of an order of warriors who slayed the leader of the Draconic Imperium and heralded its downfall.
