Tiefling

Summoned from the Realm of Darkness where they existed as demons Tieflings are the most common summoned species due to the tendency of demons to be pragmatic in their cooperation. Tieflings often plot to kill their masters and achieve freedom going to intricate lengths to work around the binding that stops them causing direct harm. This moral weakness however also means they are forthcoming with their master’s wishes in exchange for luxuries and means to cause harm to others.
Tieflings are treated with suspicion in non-magical societies as strange unnatural creatures though in societies that has previously encountered them they are often confronted with the impression their predecessors left.
Tieflings often seek a means with which to return to their own realm and become adventurers to either discover for themselves or find treasure that pays for the magic that can return them. Some however seek to explore the world they find themselves in and make the most of the strange world profiting from this strange reality until they at last return to the land they came from.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Tiefling's binding to the Realm of Balance contorts their fiendish form to what is commonly known as a Tiefling but the skill of the conjurer and power of the fiend also play a part. Stronger fiends are often taller, more muscular and stranger looking sometimes called 'Greater Tieflings' whilst most fiends are summoned in the form known as 'Lesser Tieflings' with minor physical details altering based on their prior form. 
All Tieflings are broadly humanoid in appearance with two arms and legs, reproductive organs at the groin and in female Tiefling breasts at the chest. Some possessed tails, horns, scales, claws or fangs though this was not a guaranteed trait. Tieflings skin comes in a range of colours from greens to reds, purples to pinks or black and browns, some are patterned and some blank. Hair colours also vary wildly from traditional mer shades to vibrant pinks, yellows, greens and blues.

Genetics and Reproduction

Tiefling like all summoned creatures are infertile and unable to conceive. While they possess reproductive organs they exist solely for pleasure and Tieflings on orgasm do not ejaculate instead experiencing a solely sensory effect.

Growth Rate & Stages

Tiefling's are created usually at an age with their summoner though this can vary dependent on the skill of the summoner and their intention. They tend to show little signs of aging until their binds to the realm begin to fade at which point their features begin to lose colour and strength appearing weaker and paler. This corresponds to a weakened sense of the Tiefling themselves who gradually feel their strength withering and fading until eventually their form itself shatters fading away into the essence of the void.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

Tiefling's binding twists the infernal blood into arcanum enriched veins granting them a natural aptitude to magic. Their understanding of spells and sorcery allows them a swift and quick ability to cast simple spells recalled from their prior life.
