Nencrio is a Rakin. Appearing like a bipedal raccoon person with bright orange eyes, Nencrio is a mage originally from Ilmora. When studying in the Hanged Elf tavern, Nencrio fell asleep. When he awoke, he was informed that the bar had chosen its next owner: him. Entering his 3rd term as barkeep, Nencrio has fallen into his own - enjoying the time he gets to spend within the tavern to read and write. Though making decisions for the town itself is something he's still adjusting to.
