Stormbluff Cove

City of ships and rain, this port is carved into the face of a 230-foot cliff. Shaped almost like a conical amphitheater, the city funnels rainwater downward to run its sewer system. During the rains, the bottom few tiers of the City become submerged and inaccessible to those without a way to breathe underwater.
