History
The group has formed around its egnigmatic leader Zaïra and several prophecies made regarding Moshabar. Despite the grim nature of these prophecies many accomplished ruinrunner followed their young leader to the strange wetlands of Moshabar. It did not take long for them to figure out that there were others that sought to unearth the same buried treasure. Moving quickly they set up traps and activated ancient defenses to stall or even block the combined efforts of the celendrian and Albeos expedition. The highly mobile nature of the al'tan'adura and the heavy magical defences of the celendrian/albean expedition locked both in a stalemate.Recent History
Due to the interventions of the fellowship of the star, the relationship between the academics and the ruinrunners has improved from a cold-war to a grudging cooperation and trade agreements. A small group of them has even moved inside the protective barrier surrounding The exiled towers to set up something resembling an embassy or caravanserai.
