Sincainea is the lawful evil dragon goddess of Vice, Promises, Obligations and Guilt. Said to be Queen of evil dragons. The eternal rival of her twin brother, Venarion, ruler of the good dragons. Derived from the cynical soul of Asgorath. The patron of chromatic dragons.
The building blocks of society, and the source of many powers. What most do not know is that there is a single deity, a being whose age is unknowable, in which all oaths are bound. All of them, from the child's promise to their parents to mind, to the drunkards attested boasts, to the paladin's holy vow, are regulated by the being known as Sincainea. She has many names, the Dark Queen, the Five Crowned, the Wyrm of Many Colours. Many forms does she take, many masks she wears, but no matter what, they all come back to a single fact. The devil always gets her due.
She is solemn, arrogant, decieving, scheming, merciless, considered cruel - but fair, and always keeps her word. She never forgives any slight, and is focused on obtaining more power, wealth and souls. She disdains mortals, seeing them as mere insects. When needed, she is charming and aloof, but her self-serving and reptilian personality betrays her sooner or later.
After having experienced relative mortality as an archfiend, she has become less reckless and paranoid. She enjoys the company of male dragons, and has many great wyrms consorts of the chromatic varities. Some sages speculate that, after so many years of enmity towards Venarion, she also lusts for her brother. She has an insatiable obsession for deals, brokering power, and prefers her followers to uphold servitude directly to her, rather than searching for riches or prizes on her own. But she does enjoy having a direct line to the Mortal realm.
Church of Sincainea
Worshippers
Many dragons worship her, as do Kobolds. She has also many dragonborn followers.
Temples
She has more temples among her non-dragon followers. Though most evil dragons honour Sincainea, few keep shrines dedicated to her in their lairs because they don't want her gazing at her treasure hoards. Instead, they dedicate vast, gloomy caverns to their deity and keep them stocked with treasure and sacrifices.
Cults
Sincainea has made inroads into the Cult of the Dragon and claimed some members for her worship.
Realm
Her realm is within the Nine Hells, in the first layer at Avernus. Her true lair, before she became an Archfiend, resides in the Dragon Aeyrie - and has somehow connected it to her lair in Avernus.

Holy Books & Codes
The Grimoire Of The Black Cabal.
This mysterious book is said to predate the existence of mortal creatures. If the legends are true, Sincainea wrote the first version of the Grimoire of the Black Cabal using her own blood in the ink.
The Grimoire is only permitted in the hands of proven Sincainean clerics, and only they have permission to read or memorize the text. According to tradition, Sincainea reveals to her priests those chosen to have access to the book. Any other individual, cleric of Sincainea or ignorant outsider, even touching the book earns Sinceanea's wrath and a cruel curse. Considerable speculation, but precious little fact, exists surrounding the book and its secrets.

Tenets of Faith
Divine Goals & Aspirations
To Sincainea, deities of all creeds and from every pantheon are inherently tyrannical, and therefore her rivals. She considers herself the only being powerful enough to defy these gods and overthrow their despotic rule. Her followers work tirelessly towards her agenda of world domination. When she assumes her throne as the only goddess of Aetheus, her draconic children will serve her as dukes, or so her followers believe.
Physical Description
Sincainea is a unique chromatic dragon, who has one head for each primary colour of the most common species of chromatics (black, blue, green, red, white). Each head is able to operate entirely independently of each other and has the powers of a member of the respective race of dragonkind.
Her body is also common with traits of a wyvern, including a long tail tipped with a poisonous stinger.
But she also takes a humanoid form. A female with long dark hair and completely black eyes. She always wears dark robes and frequently has a seductive smile on her face.
