Description
Located far to the north of Afarand,
Boldash'Nor, is the home of the
Dwarf's and
Gnome's. The major landmark of which is the Dwarven stronghold city of
Boldash'Nor proper, cut out of Mount Nor over the past millenia by Dwarfs past.
Geography
Boldash'Nor is one of the most elevated areas in all of Afarand. To the north is Mount Nor, the largest mountain range in the land. To the south the terrain consists of dense forest and precarious hills and smaller mountains, only able to be navigated after generations of path finding and road laying. To the northeast is the coldest area of the region, a small portion of the lands of the arctic
Kiojafell.
Population
The populace of
Boldash'Nor primarily consists of Dwarves and Gnomes. However being one of the largest industrial areas in all of Afarand, many different races travel to Boldash'Nor for business and trade opportunities. Many of the people in Boldash'Nor retain skilled labor jobs. Some of the greatest blacksmiths, architects and inventors in all of Afarand reside here.
Economy
Boldash'Nor is largely an export focused economy, arming the militaries of much of the land, and creating intricate devices that would be nigh impossible to reproduce with the skill and resources of any other state.
