Renfortuna's secrets, part 6

Second Chance is an organization working completely within the shadows of Renfortuna. Their main goal is to save others from the Witches, focusing on the ones that need the most immediate help, the ones at later stages of Bet fever and the ones who just has been offered to participate in The last gamble. They help them leave the city and steer the eyes of Witches away from them for as long as possible, rig the games so that one will be able to pay off their debt and try to broadcast the actions of the Witches to the outside world.
All the members of the organization are completely anonymous to the outsiders, showing up as other "guests" in Renfortuna, croupiers, cleaners, and housekeeping. The only one with an "official" title is their leader, Blue Snake, and even they change every so often. If any of them gets captured and there's no other member nearby to help them, most of them have pills with poison strong enough to kill them quickly.
To quickly move around Renfortuna, members of the Second Chance often use secret utility tunnels sprawling under the city. While there is some risk of being noticed by workers serving under the three Witches, there are enough tunnels that have been closed off or seemingly sealed that let them secretly move down there. And luckily, one of the first members of the Second Chance was an architect the three Witches hired to design them that managed to escape before they decided to get rid of him like they did to anyone else who created secret areas around Renfortuna.
