Purpose / Function
To honor the lost god Ulldar.
Tourism
Tourism is highly encouraged throughout the moor for every citizen to make the journey to the monument at least once in their life to pay respects to Ulldar. Many within the moor believe Ulldar is one of the primary reasons the chromatic kingdom was unable to succeed in the Reckoning and without him the moor would have been desecrated. Whether or not citizens of the moor will ever feel the same connection and strength from Ulldar they did in the past is unknown to many, but many believe without their prayers and worship it would likely be the end of Ulldar for good.
