K'ao-zzin the Scribe

K'ao-zzin the Scribe, Prime Actuary of the Dark Ledger, Keeper of the Keys of the Pitiless Reserve and First Lord of the Treasury of Hell.
The full name of K'ao-zzin, one of the original five Archdevils, is known only to K'ao-zzin. Like Q'Vas - whose full name is said to be known to the Scribe as well as the Marquis - the name K'ao-zzin uses is just the phonemes that are widely known, or suspected.
The Scribe was the keeper of records for the council of five, and founder of both the Unending Ministry and the Pitiless Reserve. K'ao-zzin surrendered the Ministry and Veridia to Omphala when the council began to expand, but retains control of the infernal treasury and the soul mint, as well as the quill Tallis with which K'ao-zzin marks out the fates of mortal and fiend alike.
Abyssborn, K'ao-zzin's form is most akin to a great insect, long-limbed and chitin mailed, with silvery, dragonfly wings veined in shadows, an massive, unreadable compound eyes.
