Valxir the Deceiver, Lord of Betrayals, Spirit of Choice
The Demon known as the master of corruption is one of the most subtle and plausible of the Demon Princes. They defend the Pit of Omrakthi through concealment rather than force, while maintaining an uneasy truce with the Marquis of Mirrors as each manouevres to control as much of the mists as possible. The dead god Sythis the Betrayer, dwells in Omrakthi, tutor to the self-styled spirit of choice.
Valxir's agents roam the mists of Suspiria, seeking to lure the unsuspecting into ambush or service, or wander the material plane seeking those willing to deal with a demon.
Valxir has no fixed form, or at least none that is known to any but their trusted allies, of whom they have none. Most often, they appear as a hooded shadow, little more than a robe with nothing within.
