Bruxaria Fraternal Council

The Bruxaria Fraternal Council is made up of the presidents of each fraternity and sorority on campus. It doesn't wield much power in and of itself, and mostly exists as a way for the presidents to get together and collaborate on events, or compare calendars to make sure their major events don't overlap.
