The Nelannore Delegation is the Drow Stratocracy and recognized political power of the Underdark. It is a ruthless organization that rules with intent and glorified purpose. The many 'Commander Generals' of the Delegation own the right to rule in a close-knit Oligarchy with the Noble Houses and Merchant Clans ruling as a close second.
