Harbormaster Valan Zonras (a.k.a. Val)

The head of the The Harbormaster's Registry, runs everything like a well-oiled machine with his assistant Bosun Whistle.
A good-looking man with a charming smile, he's beginning to get the sun spots and wrinkles. He has heavy tattoos curling across thick tanned arms. Though he's in charge, he doesn't just sit back and dole out work, and he will never ask someone to do something he wouldn't do himself.
