Isle of Ostá
One of the five islands in The Tirmari Archipelago, the Isle of Ostá, more commonly known as the Isle of Bones, is the only isle that is uninhabited, despite being under the jurisdiction of The Tirmari Council. It is closest to The Isle of Beasts, with some of those inhabitants using ferries to use the Isle of Ostá as a challenging hunting ground. There are two main reasons for the island being uninhabited by civilisation, which are the following:
The island is home to dinosaurs, the twisted creations of Szezechcentoryl, the first Reptile, after manipulating the creatures that were originally children of Ventus, the First Avian. The dinosaurs have been on this island and only this island ever since their creations, and the bones of the current dinosaurs' ancestors lie throughout the tropical island. These bones and fossils spread throughout the island, buried under layers of dirt, are the reason why it is called the Isle of Ostá, with Ostá translating to bones. Outside of Tirmar, many just call it the Isle of Bones for ease.
The island's terrain is unfavourable to building settlements, being rocky and filled with tall, tropical trees. Much of the land that could be used for settlements is home to the dinosaurs, and the effort required to remove them would not warrant creating settlements here, especially because of the island being so close to the The Isle of Beasts. Much of the island is high above sea level, with many of the beaches inhabited by larger herbivores. This makes it difficult for traders to come to island, especially since they will have to climb towering cliffs just to get to the island's heart.
