King Rahm Calost

The warrior king of Pruva, Rahm claimed his throne when he came of age, and challenged his father for the throne, slaying him in the ritual of royalty. Rahm is known for being one of the greatest military leaders to have ever lived, hence why he is the currently elected leader of Sahrian Union . He is cold, almost entirely merciless in combat, and is known for using physiological warfare to get the better of his opponents , much to the dismay of many in the union. He is a giant, even among the greatest warriors of Pruva, and is known for leading his own troops in combat.

Personal history

A Warrior Before a King

The goliaths are a tribal people with a culture steeped in battle and strife. To be king, to earn his father's crown, he must prove himself worthy of the Storm Herald, a powerful weapon forged by Kathdormar, The First Giant. To do this, he must prove that he was the strongest of his cohorts, a greater warrior than the royal guard. Blood alone was never enough for the goliaths of Pruva, but this did not phase Rahm, as he defeated all that came his way, proving that he was in fact the greatest warrior among his people. He earned the power of the blade, and a decade later he became the king of his people, one that already had the respect of his subjects.

Ruling the Union

Becoming King of Pruva lead to him becoming the military leader of the entire Sahrian Union, a responsibility he felt that he was more than ready to have. Rahm is noted for fighting The Martéan Empire to a stand still, eventually forcing them to take the drastic action of burning The Golden Forest, destroying the home of the wood elves that were under Rahm's responsibility. He views this as a military failure, while others view it as a success, demonstrating to the rest of the world how monstrous the Empire is. In this time, he gave away the Storm Herald, passing it on to his own son, Tacitus Calost, whom eventually left to join The Obsidian Council, against the wishes of his father.
