The Grove Dragon

The tale goes that a dragon had once lived in the The Ithryl Woods, and had befriended the many elves there, acting as one of their fiercest allies. After its death, the dragon's spirit could not move on, being bound to the Material Plane by the magic of Saol's Grove. After Tharaz Tonack took up residence there, he created a great dragon-like body out the largest of the trees in Saol's Grove, and the spirit entered the body, forming the Grove Dragon.
Being the size of an ancient dragon, the Grove Dragon spends much of its time hiding in the forest as the very terrain. Much like the other Guardians of the Grove, the Grove Dragon is made from wood, with many vines and bits of moss growing out of it. Curiously enough, the Grove Dragon does not possess eyes, but can feel the presence of life through the terrain or via a magic sense.
