Order of the Arrow
The Order of the Arrow (Elvish Aer Ath Tel' Elandi) is a clandestine, undercover and black operations organization of the Elves of the Fearann Dorcha. The organization serves to protect the lands and people of the The Dark Land. The spy organization is controlled by the Council of Five, the leaders of the Elves.
Structure
The Order operates as a collection of "lone-wolf" operatives. Each operative knows little to nothing of the other operatives. The membership is strictly made of Half-Elves given their ability to blend into either world (human or elven).
Culture
The members of the order are trained in secretive skills, feats and magical arts. Each member has different specialties but most are skilled in disguise, deception and other operative arts.
Public Agenda
The Council of Five has charged the members of the Order with protecting the land, peoples and all living things with the Fearann Dorcha.
History
The Order of the Arrow was founded many decades ago to protect the Dark Land and its inhabitants (flora and fauna). No one knows the exact age of the organization. The order has waxed and waned in size as need varies. The largest numbers were seen recently with the advent of The Dark War.
