Summery
The players complete a mission for the The Black Crest in order to secure membership, they do so, fighting off ghosts and saving a strange young man. They work up the ranks and eventually run their own operations. Garadoa gets complicated with many new enemies becoming known, including The Angry , Shadows of Etsipena and Miss Barrys BlueBirds Eventually they make deals and subdue their enemies in order to fight a dragon. In the end they control the Black Crest in the area and the Starbrook sisters form Starbrook Family Savings and Trust with the money from the hoard, using a technicallity to avoid dragon madness.
