Garadoa

Garadoa - a town known for their alcohol, Patron is Eromena , a genderless god of madness
Home of Cleric who worships Eromena and who seeks a way to sneak into other realms, and has found a magical stone at a local church.
Its republic is lead by a Senate of the People and an elected Consul.
There is a deep and magical forest outside the city.
The Current Consul is Lomuk The Wise , an orc and barbarian, who has calmed his rage, and now worked his way to the top of the Senate. He is a former Commander of the City Defense Legion, and has held various other posts. Including a Generalship during the War of the Copper Prince when Garadoa's Senate voted to support Alea. His entry into the war was shot lived as the Senate pulled support less than a year into the campaign. Lomuk wins one more battle, after they have withdrawn, against the forces of the Copper Prince himself. Lomuk respected the prince, and saw their withdrawal much more positively after that.
Powerful Senators include Grandohr Dukehar , a dwarven city planner, Ruby Sizel , a human in charge local rituals, Ralodan Veyltho , a elven record keeper, Murkohm Lomnuhonn a dwarven irrigation administrator, Ruzzak the Coarse , a Tax Auditor, Leif Johanson , a human in charge of the port.
The Commander of the City's Defense Legion is bugbear named Tordunn Zarra , a powerful fighter.

Outside the city, in the Forest is a hidden temple of Eromena called The Grotto of Eromena .

The Consul Chambers opens to a small vault that includes, Elemental Gem, Amulet of Proof Against Detection and Location, Saddle of the Cavalier, Alchemy Jug, Adamantine Armor.

During the Curse of the Black Crest

Garadoa during the Curse of the Black Crest was very similar, but the Black Crest held a lot of power within the city.
The Consul is Xalwin Bedlepadle a gnomish wizard healer who is facing a strong opposition to his position of not entering the way. Lomuk The Wise is a local guard chief who wants to enter the war.
Powerful Senators includeRalodan Veyltho a record keeper, Murkohm Lomnuhonn the newest irrigation manager in the senate.
Tindam Cloudtaker, a human fighter who wants to join the war and protect Alea's claims. Hil Birisk, a human cleric of eromena who sees the chaos of war as a catalyst to great things. Redrorth Mildsnow, a human bard who is the son of a great fighter and a great cleric, he now seeks to work his way to Consul, and sees war as a way to do that. but he would never fight himself. Hato Netsk is a female senator who comes from an older family, orginally from alea, but a second son moved to Garadora and established a new cadet branch. SHe is passionately for joining the war. Seismihlal Sheihe is a female senator who has major investments in Burdina, and the iron it would take to fight the war.

They are built near a mountain and built on an aquifer so they have an ample supply of water.

A small theater district is fueled by the passion of the tavern district. 
A small restaurant district of a handful of very toxic chefs.

Points of interest

The Senate Building is a large stone palace and receiving hall and where the Senate and Consul meet.  There is a small hall of Legendary items. The Senate building is guarded by the Senate's Wizard and a handful of guards.
The city has many bars and taverns.
