He is a changling and takes whatever form needed when needed.

Known History

Known to watch the students at College of Adventurers at Minos Point . He encourages theft and deceit to train up the rouges. He first appears during CAMP Year Two when he trys to convince the party to rob Basil Mansion, and set up the heist.
He appears a number of times but not after the hiest.
