Sister to Fayenok, spawn of the The Primordial Wyrm, and rivals to the Twin Serpents Utosserix and Silinthinius, Auro'thaken represents the good ideals of dragonkind. Honor, leadership, and strength. Ideals that metallic dragons once followed. Not of the original pantheon, rather spawned from the primordial wyrm, Auro'thaken assisted the dragons many many years ago with their rulership over the world of Aldebaran. She along with her brother are very old gods, and did battle against the twin Serpents when humanoid and scalykind threw off the shackles of Dragon dominion. When the artifact known as the Draconic Reservoir of Souls was shattered, her connection to the world was thrown into disrepair. Dragons were in a way freed themselves, metallics no longer imbued with the innate habits that came from Auro'thaken. Nowadays, worship of Auro'thaken is regarded as heathenistic. Despite the good values she totes, dragons simply aren't popular in today's climates. Nearly hunted to extinction, her main worshippers are dragons and wyvarans from Dragixis Isle. Even then, they are being phased out. With dragons being slowly reintegrated into the world with help from Teonniag, dragon superiority is at an all time low.Depiction
Auro'thaken is a colossal female platinum dragon with rune engraved wings, bits of shining jewelry depicting an elegant form. She is sometimes depicted wearing armor in her more ferocious forms, often leading armies of dragons and other scaled kind towards victory. Her symbol is a calm dragon's eye with sharp regal crescent designs surrounding it.Divine Domains
