Archbishop
Lords of the Faith
In the Northern Trijan Church archbishops are political clergy that lead a Diocese. They have complete authority and oversight of their diocese. The role is granted by the Ponti of the faith and is for life.
Archbishop is one of the 'political' positions of the Church, like the Cardinalis and the Ponti, meaning they do not work with the public in churches or temples. These members of the Church's ranks are considered the liaison between the Ponti and the kings, nobles, and warlords with their diocese.
Archbishops wear simple looking draping robes. Though the design is simple the robes are made of fine silks with gold threaded trimming on its shoulder layers. The forearms are also covered in this gold threading pattern. These are interwoven with patterns that highlight their diocese and nations they influence.
