Beyond the Nora River

The Land of the Jaraites

'Beyond the Nora River' was a mythical forest south of Garden. It was largely considered part of Jarid, though some claim it outside the land's borders, even as far south as the modern Kingdom of Marras. The common consensus, as its name implies, is that this land was a distant part of Jarid, divided apart by the Nora River, with Jarid being closer to Garden. The Jaraite dwelling in this region are said to have heavy connections with the Nod Noch people of the west giving rise to some believing the region might be part, or all, of the land known as Pemplum's Labyrinth today. This coincides with another clue as it is claimed to have been south of the Edin Sea, which modern scholars believe is Lake Bemused.
