The Book of the Valan is a literary work from Ancient Siduum. The Book tells the legend of the Katilan woman Vala and her followers, the Valan, as they start a civilization of women living under Elder Tree Urzan. The Book is also valued by historians as it gives insights into events of the ancient world (at least what the Siduumites believed happen.) The book has been popular in Novyum through the ages, as interest waxes and wanes from generation to generation.
