Death Valley
Bura'a Valley is deep river valley running down the western side of Akavia's Peak. The valley is thick with an old rainforest, some even claiming these trees dating back to the days of Karasaanu, surviving Dragonfall in their hidden valley. Heavy, sometimes unnatural, rains often pelt the valley, and the surrounding mountain regions, due to warm desert air drifting to meet the cool winds of the north, as they both collide with moisture from the Cota Ocean. Some even claim this is augmented by the weak vail between the elemental realms of creation and the material world the permeate the region. The rains keep the Gamgoo River that flows down the valley overflowing and deadly with rapids. In the religion of the Orc in the valley, the rains and the river are the givers of life and death to the world.
