Capedian (cap A de an)
the First Common Tongue
The historically first trade language across most of the Northern Reach of Ethae. The language is largely forgotten on the mainland, but is still in use on many islands in the Pryde Waters and Capedian Sea west of Novyum. This includes the Parcel Islands of Tinjirs. Most northern languages have their roots in Capedian, including the Common Tongue of modern day.
