Granite Road
the Road to the Soter Estates
The Granite Road is a road in southwestern Toemanshire of Tinjir. The road is made up of relatively uniform granite blocks quarried from the surrounding hills of Granite Valley. Branching off the Zalpula Road, the main land highway of the kingdom, the Granite Road was built by the Novya a means to reach Loneton, a winter resort town for nobles during the height of United Kingdoms of Novyum control of the Farlands.
In the modern day, the Granite Road is far less traveled than in the past. Granite Point, a town home to those that quarry the granite of the region, still use the road to transport stone for export. The town of Loneton, however, was destroyed by the Orc during their invasion of Toemanshire. This has left the road beyond Granite Point unused for the last few years.
